Dorota Angotti, Group Data Acquisition Strategy Director, CofaceDorota Angotti currently holds the role of Global Data Acquisition Strategy Director at Coface HQ. As a Global Data Acquisition Strategy Director, she leads the design and execution of robust plans for efficient data strategy. She specializes in leading the development and execution of comprehensive plans that optimize data gathering processes on a worldwide scale. Her role involves identifying high-quality global data sources, ensuring stringent data quality standards, focusing on data analytics and linking, as well as implementing strategic data initiatives such as multisourcing, API optimizations, and AI projects.

Dorota has a proven track record in navigating the complexities of international data landscapes. Her previous experience is linked to global sales and business development leadership. She has over 30 years of professional experience in B2B services (financial services, credit management, database management, hospitality, and banking) with a focus on building highly performing international teams to consistently deliver turnarounds and growth accelerations.

Dorota graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics and is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in AI, data science, and big data management. She is also a certified mentor and coach


Marc Barrachin, Board Director, BIIA

Marc Barrachin, Board Director, BIIAMarc Barrachin, CFA is currently a Director on the Board of BIIA. He most recently headed the Company Intelligence & Analytics (CIA) business within S&P Global Market Intelligence (MI), a division of S&P Global (NYSE: SPGI). CIA was comprised of the Company Information Services business (encompassing all data sets related to commercial entities from cross reference services and corporate structure/ownership to company financials and estimates, across public and private companies), and Analytics Services (alpha signals, trading analytics, dividend forecast, and Clarifi), enabling customers to make decisions about lending, investing, acquiring or doing business with other companies and funds.

Marc was with S&P Global Market Intelligence for almost 8 years where he previously led New Product Development. In this capacity, he expanded the division’s coverage and insights in private company data by a factor of 10. Marc also led the revenue synergies effort during S&P Global’s historic merger with IHS Markit, which was announced in 2020 and closed in March 2022.

Prior to joining S&P Global, Marc was Managing Director at IHS Markit. He managed the index business, and directed the growth of the credit business through the 2008 crisis and subsequent market restructuring and regulatory evolution. Marc also spent over 12 years at Interactive Data in a variety of roles.

Marc received his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Northeastern University and Master of Science in Finance from Boston College.


Henrik Bertelsen, Regional Head, Business Information Services, Asia Pacific, Coface

Phadet Charoensivakorn, Deputy President & CEO, National Credit Bureau, Thailand 

Phadet Charoensivakorn, Deputy President & CEO, National Credit Bureau, ThailandMr. Phadet Charoensivakorn currently serves as the Deputy President and CEO of National Credit Bureau Co., Ltd. (NCB), the sole private credit bureau in Thailand, a position he has held since 2016. Before venturing into the credit bureau industry, he accumulated seven years of experience in Information Technology and Operations with a satellite telecommunication company. His journey in the credit bureau sector began in 2000 when he joined Central Credit Information Service Co., Ltd. (CCIS), which later merged with Thai Credit Bureau (TCB) to form NCB in 2005. With over fifteen years of expertise in the field, particularly in IT and Operations including data management and security, Mr. Phadet has been a trailblazer in initiatives such as ISO/IEC 27001 implementation and Business Continuity Planning within the Thai credit bureau landscape. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Computer from Assumption University (1996) and a Master’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Southern New Hampshire University, USA (1998). Additionally, he contributed as a co-researcher in the study “Small and Medium-sized Enterprise (SME) Credit Risk Analysis Using Bank Lending Data: An Analysis of Thai SMEs.“ and contributed to the book “Innovative Finance for Technological Progress: Roles of Fintech, Financial Instruments, and Institutions.”

Previous Work Experience

Charlie has over 20 years of experience in the software industry and holds PMP, ITIL, and FinOps Practitioner certifications. Before Forrester, Charlie was the senior manager, professional services, for Cordys (acquired by OpenText), a global vendor of BPM and platform-as-a-service (PaaS) solutions for the telecom, banking, manufacturing, retail, and utility industries. Prior to Cordys, Charlie was the project and technical manager for Datang Telecom.

Education

Charlie holds a BS in automation and an MS in pattern recognition and intelligent systems from Tsinghua University of China.

Gertjan Kaart is CEO of Creditsafe for the European region of the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg and Austria. Gertjan is also engaged in strategy development for Creditsafe Group and is a member of the Management Board.

While studying at university in 1988, Gertjan began his career in the information industry at Graydon Netherlands, making off-line credit reports. He went through different positions, inside and outside the industry, including positions in marketing and operations to executive positions. In 2012, Gertjan left Graydon and worked as an independent consultant before joining Creditsafe in 2017. In 2022, Creditsafe acquired Graydon Group. This was followed by an additional acquisition in Luxembourg in 2023, marking the start of GraydonCreditsafe Luxembourg. Creditsafe Austria was also launched in early 2024.

Gertjan has a wealth of experience in the information industry. He has always been involved in international partnerships and has also been an active (board) member of international alliances and industry associations such as Eurogate, Coface CreditAlliance and Bignet. Currently, Gertjan is President of FEBIS (Federation of Business Information Services) for more than 10 years.

Gertjan holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Amsterdam and has studied at California State University of Los Angeles, Amsterdam Institute of Finance and the INSEAD Blue Ocean Strategy Institute in Paris.

He then went back to Thammasat to complete his Master of Science in Finance as a top student, after which he hopped around many securities companies for the next decade, learning more and more about the world of finance and understanding ever more about the potential for digital disruption in the industry.

Chonladet also serves as an adjunct lecturer at Thai leading universities. Due to this commitment, he has been chosen as one of the “TOP 10 Most Influential People in FinTech” by the Thai FinTech Association (TFTA).

Kitti is a founding member of TB-CERT which aims to develop the standards and strengthen the competency in cybersecurity for Thailand banking sector. Kitti also works as Chief Information Security Officer for Bangkok Bank and an advisor to Asian CIO Association.

He graduated with an M.Eng and Ph.D. in Computer engineering from The University of Electro-communications, Japan.

With the new role, Alice leads the compliance team around Asia to demonstrate KYB and ESG solutions. By leveraging her experience in business information and BI data, she leads the team to develop and execute compliance strategy in Asia, the future market. For KYB, focusing on fresh data with jurisdiction supports the company chart and identify UBO to apply regulation. She is working with CRIF HQ to develop the instant database using AI with identifying UBO via platform and API to fit the demand worldwide. For ESG solution, she is building ESG database around Asia to lead SME transforming to compliance area, starting from Taiwan.

On top of her current role, she is the Executive Director of FIDA, FinTech Industry Development Association, devoted to Fintech development within her own country and worldwide. She is also the Director of Asiagate, which is the biggest group of Asian countries to form an alliance to help serve business credit report needs.

Prior to CRIF, she was the country leader in Atradius specializing in trade insurance to measure credit risk related field. She has more than 10 years experience in Credit/Risk Management in Dun& Bradstreet. During these years, she has been involved in credit risk management projects, with relevant experiences on the following items: Credit risk solution/ Sales & Marketing Solution/ Lead project of Application scorecards and Credit Risk Models/ Management team performance.


Clement Ma, CFA – Senior Director, Head of Company Intelligence & Analytics APAC, S&P Global Market Intelligence

Clement Ma, CFA – Senior Director, Head of Company Intelligence & Analytics APAC, S&P Global Market IntelligenceClement Ma currently heads APAC for Company Intelligence & Analytics at S&P Global Market Intelligence, representing the breadth of proprietary data, linking and analytics that power Capital IQ Pro and also clients’ digital transformation journeys. In this role, Clement championed the expansion of private company and private markets coverage for the Asia-Pacific region. Clement also led S&P Global’s minority investment into DC Frontiers Pte. Ltd. (Handshakes) and currently serves on the Board of Directors.

Prior to this role and the integration with IHS Markit, Clement was Product Lead for the APAC region at Market Intelligence. He also previously launched and headed the Asia-Pacific business of SNL Financial, leading up to the acquisition of SNL by S&P Global.

Before joining SNL, Clement had 6 Years of M&A and advisory experience as a Vice President on the Investment Banking teams at Lazard in New York and Citigroup in Singapore. He was also the primary coverage analyst at S&P Ratings in Toronto for the Canadian paper and forest products industry.

Clement holds an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia and is also a CFA charterholder.


Neil Munroe, Managing Director, BIIA

Neil Munroe, Managing Director, BIIANeil has over 35 years’ experience in the financial services and credit reporting industries. For over 24 years he was with Equifax where he held a number of positions in business development and operations including that of Sales Director for Equifax’s Consumer Information Services credit reporting business in the UK. For the last 12 years at Equifax he was Director responsible for External Affairs and Communications which involved extensive customer, industry body and government liaison.

Neil is a founding member of the International Committee on Credit Reporting (ICCR) that is hosted by the World Bank and was personally involved in the creation of the World Bank Principles of Credit Reporting, the recognised standards for the industry. He was elected Deputy Chair in November 2019.

Neil was a member of the Executive Management Committee of ACCIS, the Association of Consumer Credit Information Suppliers, from 2007 to 2018, holding the position of President from 2009.

He is currently Managing Director of the Business Information Industry Association (BIIA), which is registered in Hong Kong and whose membership consists of more than 75 consumer and business information companies.

Before founding CrediLinq.Ai, Deep was the Chief Capital Officer at a $1.5 billion credit hedge fund out of Singapore. He spent more than 10 years in corporate and structured credit at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and ANZ. He is an alumni of the Harvard Business School and holds a Juris Doctor Law degree from Monash University.
